Certificate of Destruction
Upon completion, you receive official documentation confirming the vehicle has been legally scrapped and deregistered — required for PARF/COE rebate claims where applicable.
Understanding PARF & COE Rebates
Vehicle owners scrapping a car before its 10-year COE expiry may be entitled to rebates from LTA:
PARF Rebate
Paid to owners who deregister their vehicle before it reaches 10 years of age. The amount is based on the original ARF paid at registration and the vehicle’s age at deregistration.
COE Rebate
If your vehicle still has remaining COE value at the point of deregistration, a pro-rated rebate is returned to the registered owner.
